Creating new jobs in SVEMAR Ltd

Main activity of "SVEMAR" Ltd. is a design, construction and maintenance of green areas. 12 years of experience SVEMAR Ltd. is proved to be a reliable partner in the design and implementation of both medium-sized and large-scale urbanization and landscape projects. Since its establishment, the company has successfully developed and progressed, thanks to a young and creative team of professionals, and innovative ideas, views and solutions. In its activity "SVEMAR" Ltd. strives to meet market trends and implement appropriate policy delivery. To ensure high quality to its customers and responsibility to employees and partners, the company has introduced and is certified in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008; ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. This project proposal entitled "Creating new jobs in SVEMAR Ltd." is aimed at creating sustainable employment of 12 unemployed and inactive persons to carry out their job in the Department of maintenance of green areas - activity with the most dynamic development in the past years and the greatest market potential. Will be created 12 jobs for "Worker landscaping" with a commitment to continuing the sustainable employment of 50% of them and after implementation of project activities. This project proposal is in accordance with the procedure, namely to ensure the prerequisites for the creation of sustainable jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons. The specific objectives of the project are in line with investment priorities and specific objectives of the procedure. With envisaged in this project proposal activities the management of the company will meet the requirements on the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market. Realizing and affirming its position as a competitive economic entity and fair employer "SVEMAR" Ltd. owns and will provide additional opportunities for economic viability in order to ensure the sustainability of jobs created.
