To provide sustainable employment of 4 inactive / unemployed youths up to 29 years and 1 person over 30 years in the field of accounting services. 2. To form new knowledge and competencies of newly recruited young people for effective professional development in "Rex Consulting" Ltd,. Bansko. These objectives will be achieved through the following sequence of activities: Activity 1: Organization, coordination and project management Activity 2: Publicity and visualization of project activities Activity 3: Equipment of new jobs Activity 4: Conduct the selection of 4 inactive / unemployed youths up to 29 years and 1 person over 30 years. Activity 5: Employ 4 inactive / unemployed youths up to 29 years and 1 person over 30 years in "Rex Consulting" Ltd., Bansko. Activity 6: Implementation of training on key competence "foreign language" of the 4 th of newly hired employees. Through the implementation of these actions will achieve the following measurable results: - 4 inactive / unemployed youths up to 29 years and 1 person over 30 years will provide sustainable employment within 12 months, with a possible extension thereafter in "Rex Consulting" LTD. - 4 new hires young people will receive training on key competence "foreign language" and more precisely in English within 300 hours. - Will be provided equipment and furnishing of new jobs to facilitate the smooth and effective work.
