Through a range of measures and support tools, thus complements the effects of various measures and initiatives on the labor market, aimed at tackling unemployment and providing sustainable jobs the project proposal of "Axiopea Consult" Ltd. provides opportunity for employment of representatives of the vulnerable groups on the labor market. The main objective of the project proposal is to provide access to employment for the unemployed and inactive persons by matching the needs of the labor market and corporate interests for sustainable economic development, smart and inclusive growth. The target group of the project will be selected from among unemployed and inactive persons, at least 50% of them are young people under age of 29. The main activities to achieve the general and specific project goals are as follow: 1. Opening of 4 new job positions and providing employment for job-seekers who are unemployed and inactive for a period of 12 months. 2. Providing training for key competencies to already employed people according to the European Qualifications Framework: Key competence 2-" Communication in foreign languages", Key competence 4- "Digital competence”. 3. Purchasing equipment, furniture, DNA and stationary related to the process of opening new job positions. 4. Activities for information and publicity. 5. Activities for the organization and management of the Project. These activities will help to increase the motivation of the target groups for their active involvement in the work process, improve their self-esteem, attitude to work and job satisfaction as a basis for achieving better professional results. Along with that will provide resource potential "Axiopea Consult" Ltd. for successful and sustainable business.
