Creation of new working opportunities in DSI Ltd.

The general objective of this project application is to create sustainable jobs and working opportunities for the unemployed young people – up to 29 years old in DSI Ltd. Specific goals of the project are as follows: 1) 8 new job positions opening for unemployed young people – up to 29 years old; 2)To supply the necessary equipment to start work for the unemployed people; 3) To ensure visibility of the project and awareness of all interested people; 4) To ensure proper administration of the project, leading to a successful completion. The defined goals will be achieved by fulfilling the following activities: 1)Organization and management of project activities 2)Employment of unemployed young people – up to 29 years old for 12 months 3) Purchase of equipment related to the creation of new jobs 4) Information and publicity After execution of activities will be employed the following persons: - 8 unemployed young people As a result from the project the following will be achieved: - reduction in unemployment rate in Bulgaria; - Provision of adequate payment and working conditions, quality of recruits, based on their needs; - Preconditions and motivation for long term unemployed young people – up to 29 years old to start work; - Established quality working conditions for young people – up to 29 years old; - Created preconditions for sustainability revealed and occupied jobs in the project; - Improved quality of life and social status of representatives of the target group; - Improved self-esteem and sense of fulfillment of the representatives of the target group; - Informed wide range of employers on the possibilities offered by the OP HRD 2014-2020 and continuing downward trend in unemployment.
