The overall objective (objectives) of the current project proposal is contributing to the creation of sustainable job places and sustainable employment on the labour market in Bulgaria and increasing labour efficiency in "Shipka Grup" PLC. The specific objective is creation of employment, creation of 16 new job places and improving the foreign language skills of 9 unemployed persons. The activities contributing to achieving the objectives are: 1. Organization and Management 2. Selection and employment of 10 unemployed persons from target groups 3. Procurement of equipment for creation of new job places 4. Information and Publicity
