Creating new jobs in "BELVI" Ltd.

The current project of "Belvi" Ltd. aims to improve the access to the labour market of unemployed or inactive people, including those from vulnerable groups, and to create sustainable workplaces. This will be achieved through hiring 15 unemployed or inactive people, including unemployed people - youths up to 29 years, uder-educated and persons aged over 54 years, as electricians. The persons from targeted group are: unemployed and / or inactive - 7 persons; unemployed youths up to 29 years - 3 persons; unemployed uder-educated - 2 persons; unemployed persons aged over 54 years - 3 persons. The company will employ for 12 months the target group and will train the group on the part of the profession in the second degree by profession 522020 "Electrician", profile 5220210 "Electrical installations" with a total workload of 300 hours. To implement the project objectives and ensure the work of the new employees on the project will be purchased equipment and personal protective equipment. All tools and equipment, necessary pieces are consistent with the process of the construction of energy facilities and are necessary for the performance of official duties of the newly appointed persons. Health and safety work conditions for the new staff will be created, and life-long learning will be promoted so as to successfully integrate unemployed and/or inactive people on the labour market. For ensuring information and promotion of the project and the financial support from ESF and OP “Human Resources Development”, information materials will be distributed. Information about the project and the financial support from ESF and Human Resources Development Operational Programme will also be published on the website of "BELVI" Ltd. The successful implementation of the project will be guaranteed by a well-selected and qualified project management team that will organize the implementation of the activities and will manage the project according to the Programme guidelines.
