“Creating New Jobs in ET “Dr. Magdalena Ivanova – a dispensary for individual practice for basic medical help”

The integration of some of the most vulnerable groups on the labour market – young people aged up to 29, including and the long-term unemployed/inactive persons over that age, is one of the biggest challenges for the workforce in our times - the unemployment rate in the country continues to be above the EU-28 average (6.2%). The objectives of the project proposal address the main problem of these groups – the lack of highly qualified resourced jobs in the labour market, offering opportunities for sustainable and long-term development. The Target group are 2 long-term unemployed / inactive people; 1 unemployed person over the age of 54 years; 2 unemployed youths aged up to 29. The overall objective of the project proposal is the creation of 6 sustainable jobs for 5 unemployed and inactive persons. Specific objectives: - Integration of the representatives of the target group in the labour market, through the hiring of unemployed and inactive persons for a period of 12 months; - Resource providing 5 skilled jobs, through provision of office furniture and computer equipment; - Ensuring the sustainable employment of the persons from the target group after completion of the project, by keeping the jobs created for a minimum of 12 months for at least 50% of them. Expected results: - Employment of 5 individuals from the target groups for a period of 12 months; - 5 Resource-provided new jobs; - Increased human resources and ensured sustainable employment in the company after the completion of the project. Main activities: Activity 1: Organization and management of the project; Activity 2: Purchase of equipment and furniture associated with the creation of new jobs; Activity 3: Employment of unemployed and inactive persons for a period of 12 months; Activity 4: Information and publicity.
