Creation of sustainable jobs at MTV Varna Ltd.

“MTV Varna” Ltd. Is a micro enterprise developing trade business with construction materials at the territory of the city of Varna. The warehouse of the company is located in Varna, while the average number of the staff is 3 people. The main objective of the project proposal is create sustainable jobs at “MTV Varna” Ltd. and integrate unemployed people at the labour market through development of new services and expansion of the business. Within the project 10 new jobs will be created for a period of 12 months in two directions – expansion of the capacity and the trading with construction materials (4 new jobs) and development of new service – implementing internal construction services, where a new construction team will be formed with 6 new jobs. For the newly appointed five construction workers a professional education will be provided in the profession code 582040 ”Construction worker”, specialty code 5820403 “Internal construction” –second grade with 660 hours. For the effective implementation of the job responsibilities new equipment, construction instruments and a transport vehicle will be delivered in full compliance with the needs of the new jobs at “MTV Varna” Ltd. While implementing the project a variety of measures for dissemination of information and promotion of the financial support of the European Social Fund will be conducted in order to provide wide information coverage for the new job places. To guarantee the achievement of the project objectives an effective management of the project will be in place with a team of experts with a solid professional experience, which will elaborate an effective organization for the implementation of the project activities. The main target group of the project is unemployed people, while 6 of the new jobs will be in the priority groups – 1 job for people with disabilities, 3 jobs for unemployed people with age over 54 years and 2 new jobs for unemployed youth up to 29 years.
