The project proposal submits an idea for efficient expansion and funding of the rapid market penetration of wedding agency to "Steady Bulgaria" Ltd. The company needs qualified staff, because there is an increase of the orders and also the trend towards restoring marriages in new trends and forms requires detailed and consistent study of customers' needs, desires and design unusual ideas in service. The creation of four new jobs in different directions - wedding planner, photographer, webmaster and office assistant - support the idea of imposing a "Steady Bulgaria" as a wedding brand on the market. The company will support inactive or unemployed people for inclusion in the creative workflow, delivering joy to others, while it will have the opportunity for professional and language training as well as key digital competencies. The new workplaces will be created for a period of 12 months, meeting the safety conditions will be appropriately decorated according to the specifics of each position and equipped with computer equipment and peripherals, specialized printing and cutting equipment and a professional camera. It will be addressed in a comprehensive dissemination of information about the project and will provide a team of experts for effective organization and management of project activities.
