The human factor and its professional and career development – a leading factor in the company policy of "Double Dilajt" LTD.

"Double delight" LTD. is a company with a major source of economic activity in 2008-KID 56.10 "Restaurants and fast food service". The company has two sale sites in the town of Sofia-frozen yogurt YOPS and Salateria. Salateria is a place for healthy fast food (salads, soups, omelets), with more operational and kitchen staff. Salateria was opened at the beginning of the year and has not yet been developed organizationally. In connection with the increased volumes of work we plan to provide diversification of the menu with the release of new specials, salads, dishes and bread products and expansion of the company's activities. In this connection, the company will reveal in the project 10 new jobs for both the sites for a period of 12 months. The newly opened job positions will be 8 persons in employment for "sous- chef; "buffet operator", "supervisor"; "sales associate" all of them from the category: unemployed young people to 29 years including, inactive youngsters up to 29 y. , including and young adults up to 29 y. with a low level of education and 2 persons for "Expert food process"; "Chef" from the category: “unemployed and inactive people”. After the completion of the project activities "Double delight" LTD will maintain the employment of 5 of the jobs for a minimum of 12 months after approval of the final project report. The project provides for equipment of 3 new jobs for the posts "Expert food process"; "Chef"; "sous-chef" with the new equipment required for the execution of daily activities of newly recruited people. The project also predicts activities for project management and publicity. The implementation of the project activities will give opportunity for employment of the youths and will give them the opportunity for employment and professional and career development.
