The conception of this project proposal is through the implementation of activities like creation of new jobs and providing training and employment, to provide opportunities for 8 unemployed youths to 29 years, to acquire and upgrade their knowledge and skills, as well as to create their work habits, that are a prerequisite for the successful realization of the primary labor market. The project activities to create and equipment of new jobs for unemployed youth with the continuation of investment in human resources are in compliance with the National Action Plan for Employment in 2015. In addition, they are in compliance with long-term priorities of the Strategy "Europe 2020".
