"New opportunities for a new job"

This project proposal is designed with the idea the planned activities to correspond fully with the main purpose of the procedure “New working place 2015”. Considering this the candidate has the following key intention: Creating 4 sustainable job positions and opportunity for professional realization for 4 unemployed and inactive people. This purpose will be accomplished through the following activities: - recruitment of final beneficiaries - adjustment of accessible working environment for people with disabilities - equipment of the new working places - organizing and conducting training in key competence 2 “Communication in foreign languages” - publicity and information - organization and management As a result of the described activities the following results will be achieved: - opened 4 new job positions at the company, provided with the necessary equipment - appointed 4 persons, representatives of the target group; 4 labor contracts for 12 months - reserved jobs for a minimum 12 months to 2 employees - adapted working environment, responding to the standards of job for people with disabilities - 4 representatives of the target group with improved communication skills in English - Implemented initiatives for timely informing the public about the purposes, activities and results of the project - Created team for organization and management of the project. The above described activities will be addressed to the following target group: unemployed and inactive people. In project activities are planned to be included specifically 4 persons, including one unemployed person aged 30 to 54 years, and the rest three persons (75% of all) will be representatives of the specific project categories, including 1 unemployed person with disabilities and 2 unemployed young people under the age of 29.
