New jobs in Marbul Ltd. - new opportunities for development

The candidate under the current procedure for granting financial assistance is Marbul Ltd. whose principal activity is manufacture of outerwear without work cloths. The project will enable the Applicant to provide qualified personnel to carry out its production processes, part of which is being currently sub-contracted. Hiring new employees engaged in the main activity of the enterprise, will contribute to expansion of the company's activity and increasing its capacity to create and maintain new jobs for unemployed and/or inactive persons in the future as well. The overall objective of the project is to contribute for the improvement of the access to employment and job quality for unemployed people. The specific objective of the project is to provide employment for 19 unemployed persons aged between 30 and 64 years in Marbul Ltd., which fully corresponds to the objectives and priorities of "Human Resources Development" OP in the field of employment and combating poverty and social exclusion. In order to achieve the abovementioned objectives, the project envisages selection and hiring of 19 unemployed persons aged between 30 and 64 years with secondary education, nine of them aged between 30 and 54 years, and ten over 54 years of age in Marbul Ltd. They will be employed for a period up to 12 months within the project and after its completion at least 10 of the newly open work places will be retained for a minimum of one year. As part of the project it is envisaged a purchase of equipment for creation of the new work places for unemployed persons who will be hired as tailors, ironers, handworkers, foremen, mechanic technician and hygienist. The objectives and activities of the project contribute to solving the identified needs and problems of the target group involved in the project by providing employment for these persons, opportunity for social and labor realization and prevention the risk of falling into disadvantaged position of poverty and social exclusion.
