Investments in new jobs in Stroytrans 2011 Ltd

The needs which will be met with this project are the creation of employment in the field of hotels and restaurants. The target groups treated by the project are: - long-term unemployed and inactive persons; - unemployed aged over 54 years; - young people up to 29 years and people with education lower than secondary one. The project objectives are: the creation of sustainable jobs, including disadvantaged at the labor market; creation of 25 new jobs in a company – Stroytrans 2011 Ltd. The expected results are: - Created 25 jobs including: a chef – 1 person; a chief waiter – 2 persons; a barman – 2 persons; a hygienist – 2 persons; machine operator - washer – 1 person; a guard unarmed – 1 person; lifeguard – 1 person; Master confectioner – 1 person; Worker handmade pastries – 1 persons; laundress – 8 persons; animator – 2 persons; gardener – 1 person; engineer investment control – 1 person; electrician, building maintenance – 1 person . - Provision of employment for 25 people, out of which at least 13, representatives of target groups such as (young people up to 29 years; long-term unemployed and inactive persons, unemployed persons over 54 years; and people with education lower than secondary one). - 6 trained in digital competences and 10 trained in English language - Purchased and employed new equipment for the purposes of some of the newly created jobs; - High quality project management, including – an appointed team of three members; - Visualization - conducted and developed - press conferences; brochures; posters; an information board and publications in the media releasing project information. The main project activities are: Hiring of unemployed and / or inactive in Stroytrans 2011 Ltd; Training in digital competences and in English language; Investments in tangible and intangible assets for the purposes of the new jobs; Project management; and Visualization and publicity.
