New Workplace 2015

The aim of the project is to be provided employment to 16 (sixteen) persons for 12 months with subsidized employment (incl. investment support). Then the beneficiary will guarantee minimum 8 (eight) work places for another 12 months. The beneficiary is BDINTEX EOOD, a company with experience in implementing activities similar to those included in the proposal, incl. successfully completed projects BG051PO001-1.1.13-0110 "New workplace". The proposed project manager is also the manager of the company - he has management experience, as related to employ and managing employees and the acquisition of equipment and overall management of its business. Representatives of the target group are unemployed and inactive persons and it is planned: - To be provided employment to 16 (sixteen) persons, of which: - Min. 4 (four) to be unemplyed person over 54 years . - Min. 4 (four) persons to be long-term inactive and unemployed persons. The total cost of the project and the grant is 152191,48.40 BGN. There are 4 (four) activities - A1: organization and management of the project with estimated value - 15218BGN (excl. VAT); A2: Information and publicity - with indicative value 3040 BGN (excl. VAT); A3: employ unemployed and / or inactive persons for a period of 12 months with indicative value - 88401,48 BGN and A4: Acquisition Equipment for new jobs with indicative value - 45532 BGN excl. VAT. The project costs are effective, efficient and economically justified, and the structure of the project budget is respected, as well the requirements of the scheme. The project is in synchrony and performs the three horizontal principle of OP HRD. The term -18 months, but not later than 31.12.2017, the place is Vidin, Bulgaria. The performance indicator is (1) employed unemployed and inactive persons with target - 16 people and the indicator for result (2) is unemployed and inactive persons who have a job after the end of operation - target - 8 persons.
