The aim of the project proposal is to provide five new workplaces at the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, for a period of 12 monts. The candidates we choose will be hired on full-time job, after a two-month period of seeking and selecting the right candidates. For the vacancies we will need a single person on a position - communication network and data specialist and four mobile network operators. Candidates that will be hired will fall within the following target group - young unemployed people up to 29 years old, that have proper to the position education. We will appreciate highly qualities as discipline; ability for dynamic and team work; responsibility; solidarity and propriety. By openning the vacancies, we will complete the knowleadge and abilities of young people we choose; we will help them to gain experience and confidence by improving their practical skills in communication technology and network for the time of their employment.
