"New work places and sustainable employement in Intermess Food Ltd"

The project "New work places and sustainable employment in Intermess FOOD Ltd." aims: "To create conditions for sustainable employement and professional development for unemployed 29 years old young people in the field of trade in meat products". Specific project objectives are: 1. To create new jobs for the unemployed 29 years old young people for work on professions and positions in Intermess Food Ltd.. 2. To ensure a sustainable and long term employment of the new-hired persons. 3. Devlopment of knowledge and competences of the new-hire unemployed 29 years old young people for effective professional development in the field of trade in meat products. These objectives will be achieved through the following activities: Activity 1: Organisation, management and control of project activities; Activity 2: Publicity and visualization of project activities; Activity 3: Provision of equipment for the new work places in Intermess Food Ltd. Activity 4: Conducting a selection and choice of 19 unemployed youth for the new work places in Intermess Food Ltd. Activity 5: Providing a sustainable employment and opportunity for professional realization of new-hired persons in Intermess Food. Through the implementation of these activities will be achieved the following results: - will be ensured jobs for 19 unemployed young for minimum 12 months from the city Bansko in the following positions: driver; an accountant; vendor consultant and carrier-loader - for each of the selected persons will be ensured to acquire of professional and practical skills by experience and training in the workplace. -will be provided trucks for part of the new work places necessary for the effective performance of duties. -At least 10 of the new work places will be preserved after the end of the project.
