New jobs in Remeks Ltd.

The project is aimed with the creation of new quality permanent jobs and targets unemployed and / or inactive persons in a field that allows professional development. This will be achieved through the implementation of activities within the project. The selection of staff who will be provided with employment under the project will be implemented in cooperation with representatives of the structures of the Employment Agency and is expected to be provided and interacted with local authorities - municipalities, mayors and local community to identify and attract suitable candidates for jobs that are inactive in the labor market. Employees will sign contracts with guaranteed employment for at least 12 months of a scheme providing grants, at least 50% of them will continue operating at least 1 more year. Applicant intends 6 persons of newly employed to be young people up to the age of 29 and 5 over 54 years old. "Remeks" Ltd. intends to retain all newly hired persons work in the company in the event that the quality and results of their activities meet the requirements that the company will put. To ensure quality and meet the needs of the new jobs will be purchased modern equipment, which will be consistent with the positions. In addition, newly retained staff will ensure quality vocational training to develop the skills of the target group. Through the implementation of project activities "Remeks" Ltd. is expected to achieve long-term positive effect on both the target group and the overall activity of the company.
