New Job Opportunities in the Jewelry Business with Tradition

This project proposal aims at the realization of the long-considered idea of expanding the activities of the organization, specializing in manufacturing jewellery with individual designs and models. Reliable development of the jewellery shop with handmade models and works requires the appointment of sufficient staff trained in the specialized field and conducive to production and distribution through various channels of production. By supporting the "New Workplace 2015" Scheme, young people and unemployed over 54 will be identified and activated to be hired in the trade company with their immediate inclusion in vocational training, will allow 2 young people up to 29 years of age, 2 unemployed persons over 54 years old and one disabled person to acquire specific craft and gain a prospective work with long-term sustainability. The company will appoint five persons to different positions, which are necessary for the expansion of corporate activity. Engaging young people in the working process on the following posts - Jeweller, Supplier and Administrator Web site - will be combined with the learning process in different professional fields, according to the requirements for each position necessary for the absorption of lasting knowledge and skills. Ensuring favourable working environment and the formation of working positions will be practised with the supply of adequate equipment and furniture for jewellery work and organize distribution. It’s going to buy working tables, chairs, computer, lighting, hand tools and supplies for work and car for delivery of finished products. The new jobs will be preserved for at least 12 months, and 60% of them will be retained after the end of the project for at least another year, which will provide sustainable employment for young and creative-minded people with a desire for continuous development and training .
