Ensuring sustainable and quality jobs for 23 unemployed people from "Bebelan" Ltd.

The main objective of the project proposal is to create new jobs and ensure quality employment of 23 unemployed and / or inactive persons from five cities (Sofia, Plovdiv, Pleven, Varna, Bourgas) into objects of "Bebelan" Ltd. Jobs will be for head warehouse, warehouse workers, drivers, operator of electric forklifts, trade and medical representatives. At least 12 of these persons will be representatives of specific categories - 8. unemployed youths up to 29 years and 4. unemployed with low level of education. To provide jobs will be made investments to purchase a personalized barcode readers, storage equipment - forklift and pallet truck, mobile phones and tablets, clothing. "Bebelan" Ltd. plans to organize the selection of the target group representatives together with the “Labour” departments in the five cities, according to the procedure of the Employment Agency and horizontal principles of the operational program. The project envisages actions for information and publicity – putting on the site of "Bebelan" Ltd. information on the purpose of the project, beneficiaries and EU financial assistance and publication of news related to the project implementation and installation of information boards on all warehouse and administrative sites "Bebelan" Ltd. As a result of the project will be created 23 new jobs, will be provided quality employment for at least 12 representatives of specific categories of the target group and will be provided employment to 12 people for a minimum period of 12 months after completion of the project.
