Creation of new jobs in LGRP EOOD

The implementation of the project will enable LGRP Ltd., which operates in Rousse, to acquire qualified personnel in order to carry out its activity - production of women's clothes. Because the company plans to produce new products and achieve its own export as well as to meet customer demand, it needs an additional personnel and equipment for the newly created jobs. The overall objective of the project is to improve the access to employment and the quality of jobs for unemployed and/or inactive people. The specific objective of the project is to create 42 sustainable jobs for tailors and ironers in LGRP Ltd. The objectives of the project fully correspond to the objectives and priorities for higher and better employment set in "Development of Human Resources" OP. The project intends to select and hire 42 unemployed and/or inactive people, 10 of which will be unemployed youngsters aged up to 29 years old, 12 will be unemployed over 54 years old and 20 will be unemployed and/or inactive persons. It will be purchased equipment for the newly created jobs and an occupational medicine for safe and healthy working conditions will be provided to the new employees. The mentioned above representatives of the target group will be employed in the company for a period up to 12 months during the project and after its completion at least 22 jobs will be maintained for a minimum of 1 year. The objectives and activities of the project will contribute to solve the identified needs and problems of the unemployed and/or inactive persons involved in the project through providing them employment, an opportunity for social and labor realization and prevention against the risk of falling into disadvantaged poverty position and social exclusion. The improved human and technical resources of the company will contribute to improvement of its productivity and competitiveness and increase of its capacity to create and maintain jobs for representatives of vulnerable groups in the future.
