This project is intended to enhance human capacities and potential of the enterprise through the employment of unemployed or inactive young people up to 29 years old, improving their competencies and provide financial security of jobs created in the implementation phase of the project. SELMATIC Ltd will perform in the available office in Plovdiv alone without partnership this proposal. SELMATIC Ltd is a small company that specializes in developing software solutions for automation and optimization of business processes in corporate activity. Its product range includes numerous successful implementations in application-programming systems with brand “SelMatic”. At 2015 SELMATIC Ltd is a dynamic company registered in the CR AB, which carries out its activity on the territory of Bulgaria, in his capacity as proprietor. On the stage of realization of the project is provided for implementing the following activities: -Rental 4(four) unemployed or inactive young people aged up to 29 years old for up to 12 months -Training of employees under the project in the resort 2-"Communication in foreign languages" -Equipment of new jobs -Organization and Project Management -Information and Communication for project Implementation of the project is 100% secured financially provided Grand EU organization backed by team organization and management , technical and secured compliance with the visibility and visualization of the ESF support by the HRD OP. In the project activities have covered all three mandatory horizontal principle. Upon completion of the project applicant will retain 2(two) jobs for one year for 50% of employees of the project. The successful implementation of the project will create two new jobs provided by one party - the staff with specialists from other material-with new equipment. Meanwhile, four young graduates will gain experience working and team skills to work in an established , fast growing company in the field of Hi-Tech technology.
