Activities in the project proposal are aimed at raising the level of knowledge, skills and competencies through training and employment of the 7 representatives of the target group to enhance their competitiveness in the labor market. Thanks to the project, the SD „REVOLT - Lukarski amp; Co" plans to open and equip seven new jobs for borrowing to recruit, train and appoint seven members of the target group. After the completion of the project activities the organization will keep the job for 12 months 50% of employees under the project.
