Creating new jobs and ensuring access to employment for the promotion of a sustainable, socially responsible and inclusive growth in the area of healthcare from '' T DENT '' LTD.

The project increases the employment and incomes of inactive and unemployed people from the town of Kyustendil, by increasing the workplaces in "T Dent" LTD. Project activities include creating and securing equipment and medical equipment of four new work places, where four persons from the target group will work. The activity is a set of events for selection, hiring and inclusion in the labor process of the necessary for the expansion of the service (expanding market niche) personnel and focuses on the sustained recovery of the labor habits of the most disadvantaged groups, including long-term unemployed and inactive persons and young people up to 29 years, their reintegration into the labor market, ensuring sustainable and quality employment and exit from the social assistance system. Expected results from the realization of this project are a better functioning labor market; a more skilled workforce; higher quality jobs and better working conditions; stronger policies to promote job creation and labor demand. It provides outlook for the development of '' T DENT '' and an opportunity for offering flexible solutions and comprehensive services to patients through investments in new assets. In the context of the expansion of the activity of '' T DENT '' the health of the patients improves and their standard of living increases. Various studies have shown the positive effect of health on labor productivity and education. According to them, people in good health produce more and better quality products as a result of more efficient use of new technologies, devices and equipment. Likewise, higher educational status leads to better productivity and income. Apart from that, assuming that healthy people live longer, they are motivated to invest in their education and training, and this in turn leads to higher labor productivity, which in turn is a factor for economic growth in the region.
