New Jobs in Abela Tour Ltd.

Abela Tour is established with the support and execution of a beneficiary contract under the grant scheme BG051PO001-1.2.03 OP HRD 2007-2013. The inclusion of the candidate in the operation "NEW JOB 2015" will continue and build on the previous project. The objective of this project proposal is hiring and sustainable integration in the work of new employees, unemployed and / or inactive people, and to expand and improve the quality of services, and to provide jobs . It is planned to appoint 4 new employees from the target groups. Half of them will be young people up to 29 years, who will be given the opportunity to acquire work and professional experience. The others will be people of working age, including professionals over 54 years to increase the capacity and competitiveness of the company. The Project provides the new recruits labor employment for up to 12 months and the opportunity to continue to work in the company beyond. The new employees will pass training courses on language and digital literacy and competence to meet the needs of the tourism business, and complement their knowledge. As the recruits are numeric increase, the necessary for the jobs equipment, furniture and software will be purchased to provide quality work space. The employees on the project will be provided with services of Occupational Medicine to protect their health in the workplace and for legal compliance. The project management will ensure its proper implementation and achievement of the set results in an effective and efficient manner. The people of the target groups involved in the project will adapt to work, will improve their skills and gain experience and knowledge which is a prerequisite for their further sustainable employment and the sustainability of the jobs. This project will contribute to the successful implementation of its objectives and the objectives and priorities of the operational program and will facilitate the sustainable development of the beneficiary.
