The project aims to provide stable employment for young people up to 29 years in prospective and convertible area of computer design, visual communication and advertising and to improve the capabilities and competitiveness of the company on the Bulgarian and mainly foreign markets. Company "AI DU ADV". is established on the Bulgarian market. Our clients are: Danone , UniCredit Bulbank, Express Bank, Bank, FIBank, United Bulgarian Bank, Piraeus Bank and others. The company has strong orders from abroad and has set itself the goal to enter more aggressive on the international market, offering high quality and products with high added value. For this reason, "AI DU ADV" focuses on young people who are in need of environment and opportunities to realize their potential. We believe that the combination of the employed and already experienced designers and young people will help increase creativity, productivity and product quality. HRD OP support will allow the company to realize its plans more quickly and with greater vigor, providing sustainable and viable environment for the realization of that vulnerable group. „AI DU ADV“ aims to develop and retain these young people, thus increasing their capacity, and providing them permanent employment and opportunity for growth. Planned new job positions are 4 in total (unemployed young people up to 29 years old): 3 of them designers (prepress specialist, 2 graphic designers , 3D designer ). There are plans for purchasing of high-quality computer equipment. Activities: 1) Preparation and management. 2) Public procurement and supply of equipment. 3) Selection and recruitment of employees from the target group. 4) Publicity. As a result of the project there will be: 1. Employed 4 people from the target group, inactive persons up to 29 year old. 2. Improved quality and competitiveness of the company on the Bulgarian and international market.
