New workplace in URBIKA Ltd. 2015

The project proposal aims to improve the conditions of the labor market by hiring, training and retention of persons who are unemployed and/ or inactive and ensuring the development of the activities of URBICA LTD. Through implementation of the project will be provided with a job of unemployed in the labor market, their training and measures for information and publicity of the project among customers and counterparts of the Company. This objective will be achieved through a combination of measures to provide training on key competencies, as well as purchase of equipment and car for newly appointed eight persons who are necessary for the implementation of their direct employment. Persons will be employed for up to twelve months after completion of the project activities will be maintained employment for at least twelve months a minimum of four persons employed on the project. Basic activities: Hiring of unemployed and/or inactive for a period of twelve months; Organization and project management; Training of staff on key competences; Provision of information and publicity; Purchase of equipment for newly appointed.
