Equal opportunities for sustainable employment at "GEO-MAR 03" Ltd.

The project proposal aims at opening 29 new working places in “Geo-Mar 03” Ltd. aiming at ensuring equal access to employment to one of the most vulnerable groups on the labour market” – unemployed people with the lowest educational grade – less than secondary education. By realizing a set of activities, focused on ensuring long-term employment, the project will contribute to supporting the economic activity of the people in the target group, for their social integration, for ending the vicious circle “low educational degree – lack of job – extreme poverty – low educational degree” and significantly improving their quality of life. The project follows the horizontal principles of “Human Resources Development 2014 – 2020” OP in completing all activities - recruitment, inclusion in subsidiary employment, selection of contractors. Sustainability of the results is foreseen as after completing the financial support of the subsidiary employment, “Geo-Mar 03” Ltd. will keep the minimum of 15 working places, for which the company will ensure own resources. The project activities are planned and selected in such a way, that they fully contribute to achieving the project goals. The expected results are measurable and are a way for achieving the set in the proposal indicators. Constant control, monitoring and reporting for the sound financial management will be carried out within all phases of the project.
