New Working Places for the Development of Milvena LTD

Teteven and Ribaritsa are two beautiful towns where the main business is related with tourism. Over 80 000 people a year visit the region, which has a beneficial impact on the development of the region. An important prerequisite for the expancion of tourist products is access to adequate support services - trade, repairs and others. This contributes to securing jobs in the NorthWest planning region where unemployment is at the lowest level, not only in Bulgaria but also in the European Union. Milvena Ltd. is a micro company with vehicle repair activities within the area between the towns of Lovech district - Teteven and Ribaritsa. Currently it has 12 persons employed. Objectives of the project are: -to increase the number of unemployed persons started over 54 years through the employment of one new employee in Milvena Ltd. -to integrate 2 unemployed or inactive young people up to 29 years through their involvement in the activities of the company -to guarantee rental occupancy of 2 unemployed or inactive people to work in a car repair service Milvena Ltd. -to raise the qualification of newly hired persons -to provide adequate working conditions for newly hired. The project activities are: -Employment of the target groups - Five persons will be hired for a period of 12 months. During the implementation of the activity occupational medicine will be provided -Providing adequate working conditions for newly employed persons - The Equipment will be purchased during the implementation of this activity -Professional qualification of newly hired persons -Management, Information and Publicity of the project - a mandatory activity. Expected results: -employment of the following target groups guaranteed:  2 unemployed or inactive young people up to 29 years  1 unemployed or inactive person aged over 54 years  2 unemployed or inactive persons outside the aforementioned age limits -Increased qualification of Payroll -Improved working conditions of Payroll.
