Prosperity through access to employment in insurance business

The project proposal submits an initiative of territorial expansion of the activities of the company E-CREATE LTD. by consistently creating new jobs in two settlements - Ihtiman and Sofia. Field of insurance and insurance intermediation is characterized by significant growth in recent years and the necessity of bringing the services to the client, which will allow 4 persons to engage in quality servicing of insurance intermediaries and customers. It will be assigned four experts insurance provided with jobs in various regional offices. For reliable profiling of employees in a particular area of ​​service it will organize language training for all new recruits in English. It will be covered 75% representatives of the group of unemployed or inactive young people up to 29 years and 25% of inactive people of other age groups. For every newly appointed employee it will provide accessible and properly equipped workplace, so as to facilitate its entry into the working process and further improvement of the position occupied. It will provide safe working conditions and purchase computer and office equipment and furniture, as well as software products for work online. After the project it will ensure sustainability of the results achieved by keeping at least half of the jobs created.
