"Back to work - sustainable and permanent employment provided by "Stomi 79 "Ltd."

The aims of the present project are creating permanent work places for unemployed and inactive people in the organization candidate “ STOMI 79” Ltd., Blagoevgrad. The target group of the project includes unemployed and inactive people, minimum 50 % of them are unemployed young people under 29 years old including and unemployed people with low education, unemployed people above 54 years old and long-term unemployed and inactive people. The realization of the project proposal will be implemented over a period of 17 months, including the following activities: Organizational and management activity of the project; Activity of information and publicity; Providing sustainable and permanent employment for a period of 12 months for 36 people representatives of the target group through providing new work places in “ STOMI 79” Ltd; equipment purchasing, furnishing, intangible assets connected with providing new work places to the representatives of the target group. The objectives and the activities included in the project proposal aim reaching the following results: making permanent attitude to the representatives of the target group for the activity on the labour market; turning them from passive objects to individuals who solve their problems by themselves; improvement of the life quality of the target groups, increasing their self esteem and selfconfidence in their own abilities.
