Sustainable Employment through qualification in the field of medical and social services for unemployed young people

The project proposal is aimed at one of the most vulnerable target groups in the labor market - unemployed and inactive young people under 29 years of age. Lack of work experience among young people is a major problem when building work habits and providing sustainable employment. The Beneficiary "Life without pain" Ltd. will provide new jobs and will improve the knowledge and skills of nine young people, as these people will be given sustainable jobs and training on professional qualifications and key competences. To achieve these objectives the project provides the implementation of 6 activities as follows: 1. Project management; 2. Creating new job openings; 3. Selection of representatives of the target group; 4. Recruiting unemployed for 12 months; 5. Training of new recruits; 6. Publicity and visualization. The project will be executed within 15 months, which includes 12 months of employment for nine people, as at least six of them will stay employed after the completion of the project activities. The new jobs will be created in several regions of the country – city of Blagoevgrad, town of Petrich, town of Gotse Delchev, city of Plovdiv and the city of Sofia, which will enable young people from the Southwest and South Central Bulgaria to build their careers and improve their skills. By purchasing the equipment, furniture and software, the employer will create new jobs, offering suitable conditions and the basis for professional development of the new recruited unemployed youths. The implementation and progress of the project will be reported in a public website through measures that are defined in accordance with the approved " Unified manual of the beneficiary for application of the information and communication rules for 2014-2020" . Furthermore, 2 press conferences shall be held (introductory and final conference), 5 information boards shall be installed, and some information brochures shall be distributed.
