The project aims to create sustainable jobs for representatives of the target group, in order to achieve their successful integration into the labor market. To achieve the goal, 10 new jobs will be created in SAVA Management OOD , which will be occupied by representatives of the target group. The target group of the project are 10 unemployed persons, 5 of whom are unemployed youth up to 29 years icl. The jobs will be provided with the necessary equipment. The target group will be provided with english language learning. The target group needs access to employment and after the implementation of the project we will have their need satisfied, and that will be the result of the project.
