Permanent employment and trainings in Adel-M Ltd.

I. The main aims of the project is achieving:  Access to jobs for unemployed people  Steady integration into the labor market of young people, which are not engaged in any work or training  Increasing the number of unemployed people included in some work or training II. Specific aims:  To create steady jobs for unemployed people  To provide appropriate training, including at the work place, to unemployed people for acquiring professional qualification and key competence III. Main activities for achieving the aims: 1. Forming the team. Organization and management of the project 2. Awareness and publicity of the project 3. Selection of the people in the target group 4. Employment of the selected people 5. Purchase of equipment, related to the creation of the new work places 6. Conducting an entrance test in Key Competence 4-Work with Windows and applications 7. Providing prof. training to a part of profession–course 1 Small and medium business 8. Providing training in Key Competence 4-course 2 Work with Windows and applications 9. Providing prof. training to a part of profession–course 3 Main activities in construction 10. Holding an exam and those who graduate successfully receive a certificate 11. Preparation of intermediate reports 12. Preparation of final report IV. Expected results from the planned activities: 1. Number of selected unemployed and inactive participants–8 people 2. Number of hired unemployed and inactive participants–8 people 3. Conducted training for professional qualification–2 courses for 8 people 4. Conducted training in Key Competence 4–1 course for 8 people 5. Number of unemployed and inactive participants gained qualification–8 people 6. Number of unemployed and inactive participants trained in Key Competence 4–8 people 7. Number of unemployed participants with reserved jobs after the project completion–4 people
