Creation of new jobs in Rila Roads Ltd.

"Rila - roads" Ltd. is a company founded in April 2013 with the main business of mining and processing of inert materials used in the manufacture of road coverings. After the successful modernization of the asphalt base in Kopilovtsi village municipality. Kyustendil, 2014, the company is committed to the production and marketing of asphalt mixes and other products for construction. Following its strategy to expand its operations, the company intends in the near future to enter in the field of construction and related activities, starting to carry out finishing work in construction and open his own laboratory for testing and certification of construction materials. "Rila - roads" Ltd is planning to implement this project in particular in relation to the projected expansion of activity in the construction sector and related certification services. The project includes the following activities: 1. Employments of 34 unemployed and / or inactive for a period of 12 months (in jobs in construction and laboratory testing and conformity assessment of construction materials). 2. Purchase of laboratory equipment for the building materials required to create the jobs of testing and certification of construction materials. 3. Visualization of the project. 4. Organizing and managing the project activities. The company envisages that minimum of 50% of newly recruited under the project (or 17 people) at the date of inclusion in project activities will belong to three specific categories of unemployed persons, namely: unemployed persons with low education - 2 people; unemployed persons aged over 54 years - 9 people; and Unemployed youths up to 29 years incl. - 6 people. After completion of all project activities "Rila - roads" Ltd. will preserve the jobs for a minimum of 12 months of at least 50% of employees under the project, which will ensure sustainable employment of these persons as required by the grant procedure.
