Creating conditions for permanent employment of unemployed and inactive persons in KOME Ltd.

KOME Ltd. is a retailer under the brand CBA-KOME. Successful management of the supermarkets of the company is based on the successful assortment management offered at outlets of the company. In this respect, there is a need of finding a new job position "Marketing Expert" to manage product mix and positioning of the items in the product categories of each supermarket with the help of specialized software. KOME Ltd. is a retailer responsible to its customers in terms of protecting their health in the use of products purchased in its stores. This requires disclosure of new job position "Inspector, safety products." Company lacks commercial staff to be assigned to existing jobs positions "Cashier" (7 persons) and "Shop assistant" (8 people). The project is aimed at hiring unemployed and inactive persons, a total of 17 people, including 9 people from a specific group "Unemployed young adults up to 29 years". All of them will be hired for a period of 12 months. 15 of the employees will be given training in specialties included in List of professions for vocational education and training. The necessary work conditions will be created by equipping the new work places with computers and specialized software. The implementation of this project will contribute to fulfilling the objectives of the EU strategy "Europe 2020" in the field of employment and combating poverty and social exclusion, as well as to fulfill: - an Investment Priority 1 of Priority Axis 1: Access to employment for job seekers and inactive people, including long-term unemployed and people distant from the labor market, and also through local employment initiatives and support for labor mobility - a specific objective 3 of the Investment Priority 3 of Priority Axis 1: Increase the number of unemployed young people aged up to 29 years incl with secondary or higher education included in employment, self-employment or training.
