Employment Initiative into a viable distribution company

This project proposal is related with the creation of new workplaces in three different positions in a company engaged in the sale and distribution of coffee. This company submits automatic coffee machines in offices and office buildings, shops, against required monthly consumption of coffee. Furthermore, the company has a store retailing and two coffee vending machines which are located in Varna. The appointed manager in the company perform all operational activities, but due to the increase in the volume of requests, orders, work distribution and business expansion becomes impossible all this duties to be performed by only one person. It is forecasted the opening of four new workplaces in the following positions: - A sales consultant who will carry out commercial activities in store; - Distributor of coffee, which will serve the old customers supplied with coffee machines and gaining new clients; - Mechanic, repairs of machinery and equipment, which will maintain in good technical condition of the machines; In order to ensure health and safety working conditions will be contracted with the Occupational Medicine. Appointing people to these positions will lead to higher competitiveness of the company, better quality and timely service to customers and will strengthen its position in the market. For the activity will be purchased 23 pieces of automatic coffee machines, the presence of which is indispensable for implementing the objectives. Because of the specificity of selling and delivery the machines, will be insurance for them. Will be produced printed materials to give voice to ESF funding and disseminate enough information about the project. To be monitored the proper implementation of the activities described in the project and ensure its successful implementation and achievement of the objectives will be formed a workgroup to manage the project, consisting of a manager and accountant.
