Progressive development

„DANI - M – 2002“LTD is a fast-growing company in the area of trade in automotive parts.All the activities are concentrated in its own base consisting of 3 automotive parts shops situated in the town of Plovdiv and Manole village,and a vehicle service station.Both the development of the company and the augmented number of customers lead to its enlargement and the necessity of close profiling of the working process in order to achieve a high level quality of the available trade services and relationships with the customers.Thus, the current project proposal aims professional integration for young people aged up to 29 as well as for unemployed or inactive people aged between 30 and 54.The main activities and measures to fulfill this goal are as follows:-providing employment opportunities for unemployed and/or inactive individuals within a period of 12 months;the company will employ 5 people.It is expected 3 individuals to be at the age up to 29 and 2 individuals aged between 30 and 53.Buying of equipment for the newly opened working positions–a vehicle stand (test/ check system),a lift,an instruments truck, a laptop, a multifunctional device, and office furniture and equipment will be provided and will be used by the recently appointed individuals as to perform their tasks and assignments on the appropriate working places.-Opening of 3 sustainable working positions following the end of the project proposal by a selection through the individuals of the target group.The project planned activities include:Employment opportunities for unemployed and/ or inactive individuals for a 12-month period; Buying equipment, furniture, fixed intangible assets, business and marketing materiel;Organization and management, Information and publicity measures and instruments.The access to employment and the quality of the working positions will be improved by the implementation of the project and the above mentioned target group will be integrated in a sustainable way in labor market.
