Create of the sustainable jobs for the unemployed and inactive people in "ZALIVA 47-SP" AD

"ZALIVA 47-SP" AD is a joint-stock company with main subject of activity and code of KID activity 2008-56.29 “Other activities in the preparation and delivery of food ". The establishment caters to a number of hospitals, kindergardens and schools. The company continually strives to maximize their production potential and to expand market positions. In connection to the expansion, the company needs to recruit 8 new employees. For the implementation of the work activity "ZALIVA 47-SP" AD plans to offer eight new jobs for the posts of: a chef - production of pasta, a cook and a kitchen worker The new 8 employees will be people hired from the following specific categories: -long-term unemployed and inactive people; - unemployed youths up to 29 y.o. (incl) - 3 persons. The project envisages the provision of professional training for the acquisition of a second level qualification to 6 of the newly hired emoployees and training in key competences in accordance with the European qualifications framework in Key competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages"- English language training for 2 of the newly hired employees All workstations will be equipped with the necessary equipment and furnishings. In order to provide adequate protection in the workplace, new working clothes and PPE will be purchased for the newly hired people. The project activities are set out for the Organization and management of the project and activities for awareness and publicity. "ZALIVA 47-SP" AD will maintain the employment of 5 people from the newly hired ones for the duration of 12 months straight, after the completion of the project. The project aims to provide employment to a priority target groups according to the programme. The project will allow the recruitment of representatives of the following target groups, as they are provided employment for a period of 12 months and the opportunity for professional development and a decent way of life.
