New commercial site and jobs creation in Tales 07 Ltd

The main objective of this project is to ensure creation of new jobs, required for the newly created commercial site in the region of Burgas, as well as for the needs of the current trade site in village Benkovski, municipality of Mariza in Plovdiv region. Specific project objectives are, as follows: 1.18 unemployed or inactive at labor market people, who will meet the target group requirements, to be identified and included in the project, 2.18 new job places to be equipped, 3.10 sustainable jobs to be created after completion of the subsidized employment, through selection of the best performed and taken part in project people. All of the objectives mentioned above will be achieved by executing the following project activities: 1.Hiring 18 unemployed or inactive at the labor market people for 12 months to different positions. 2.Purchasing equipment, furniture and stock related to the creation of 18 new jobs. 3.Organization and management 4.Publicity and visualization 5.Project results: 5.1.18 people hired to positions, as follows: 1.One factory unarmed guard, up to 29 years of age, 2.One Cleaner/Hygienist, up to 29 years of age, 3.Two office assistants, up to 29 years of age, 4.Two distributors, aged from 30 to 54 years, 5.Six Salesmen, including four of them up to 29 years of age and two of them, aged from 30 to 54 years, 6.Four Warehousemen, up to 29 years of age, 7.One Economic activity expert, older than 54 years old, 8.One Website manager, aged from 30 to 54 years. 5.2.10 out of 18 people from the target group to retain their job positions for additional 12 months, after completion of the subsidized employment. 5.3. Under the requirements of Government decree № 118/2014, purchase of equipment, furniture and stock, related to the creation of new jobs 5.4.Implementation of "Publicity and visualization" activities, covering the requirements of the Guildance for Publicity and Visualization.
