Improving of the access to employment and creating of the sustainable jobs in "Digimark studio"

Digimark studio" Ltd. is a company developing mobile applications, which was established in january 2012. Over the years the company has developed rapidly and now is one of the leaders among developers of mobile software on Bulgarian market. The team of "Digimark studio" Ltd. consists of 12 inspired and motivated young software professionals and managers. The company offers development of specialized mobile solutions ordered by clients, who are coming from around the world, including the American, European and Asian markets. In regards of the fast pace at which the company develops and the purpose, which the company sets out to become one of the international leaders in the development of mobile applications, the company plans to hire on the projekt eight persons in employment for up to 12 months following positions : • Software Developer; •Graphic designer; • Account Manager: sales (ICT); • Expert, Marketing; • Project Manager; • Driver; Planed employees for hiring are: unemployed young people up to 29 years. incl., inactive young people aged up to 29. incl. The main objective of the project is aimed at improving access to employment for unemployedyoung people up to 29 years. incl., inactive and young people on for up to 12 months. After completion of the project activities "Digimark studio" Ltd. will retain the newly jobs for at least 12 months to 4 persons employed by the project parties. Directly related to the creation of new jobs is the purchase of equipment necessary for the work of employees and activities for the organization and project management, information and publicity. The implementation of the project activities will contribute to reduce the level of unemployment and quality professional development for the unemployed, inactive young people aged up to 29. incl
