“WITH NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR UNEMPLOYED PERSONS ON OUR WAY TO THE MODERN ACCOUNTING SERVICES “

Specific project proposal is aimed at creating four new working places for unemployed persons with economic education, as accountants in the established accounting company - "VGV Accounts". The new jobs will be doing the current bookkeeping and at the same time will be involved in modernization of accounting services at the office by creating electronic files and electronic archives of each client. The idea of the project is creation of a website that will promote the new modern way of bookkeeping also maintanting a server with database that will allow customers enter to their electronic archives , also issue and send electronic invoices to their counterparties. To realize our project will be purchased three computers, suitable Payroll ,accounting program and server for the new working places. For our accounting company this will be a great beginning of a new way of working that combines better relationship between customer - accountant and in the same time conservation of natural resources .There is a change in the Accounting law from 2011 which says that the electronic invoice is official document in this regard project proposal aims at promoting work based on electronic documents by building a website for information and server with accounting database of each client and possibility of issuing and monitoring invoices .With this activity will be involved directly the new employees .Up to now most of the small companies issue paper invoices and have the records and archives of numerous folders and boxes .Our project proposal offered to the new jobs, in their operational accounting activities to create all these archives and records in electronic format.
