The completion of the project will fulfill the need for creating stable work places through hiring by the candidate of unemployed and idle people utilizing the stimuli of the current programme. The project will also support the development of the company operations, which include holding yoga classes in halls and outdoors in Sofia and the country, and development of trading operations with yoga goods like mats, clothing, meditation chairs, books, CDs and DVDs, etc. again in Sofia and the country with the help of a new car. Thanks to the people employed on the new work positions and the purchased material asset, there will be conditions for securing continuous employment of the hired personnel and further strengthening the market position of the company. Target groups for the project are unemployed and idle people, where at least 50% of them fall under at least one of the following groups: unemployed and idle people for extended period, unemployed people above the age of 54 years, unemployed and idle people with disabilities, unemployed people with low level of education (under ISCED 313) and unemployed youngsters under the age of 29 years. According to our monitoring and experience at the labour market there are enough unemployed or idle people with appropriate qualifications and skills, who can work in our trading operations and who can work in our operations as a yoga studio. The goals of the project are to hire 14 people from the target groups at the newly opened work places for a period of up to 12 months. The expected project results are 7 unemployed or idle people, who are employed at the outset of the procedure for at least 12 months more. The new work places will be opened in 2 economical activities: Activities of fitness (yoga) centres and halls and Non-specialized trading representation with varied goods. The second activity naturally supplements the first one, because it relies on the already built and growing client base and reputation of the company.
