"Creativity and innovation in the workplace"

The project proposal "Creativity and innovation in the workplace" will take place in Sofia for a period of 18 months. Our company "PRO FIT 1" Ltd. is engaged in the creation and management of fitness centers and sport halls, offering sports and recreation services. The company has recruited 6 people of employment contract. Separately for our objects are employees of a foreign company, making use of their staff the performance of the posts in the "PRO FIT 1" LTD. Our company was established in 2014 as a relatively new company without experience in labor legislation from the beginning we prefer to work with an external company intermediary for hiring our staff. The aim of the project is its implementation to increase staff employed on a contract of employment and to provide sustainable jobs for 42 unemployed and inactive persons, by creating new jobs and training courses. The activities that will realize in the project include training, recruitment of unemployed and / or inactive, purchase of equipment and furniture associated with the creation of new jobs; organization and management, and information and publicity. The target group of the project includes 42 unemployed and inactive persons, 21 of them corresponding to the following specific categories: • Unemployed persons aged over 54 years - four (4) • Unemployed youths up to 29 years incl. - seventeen (17) With the implementation of the activities we expect the following results: • Increased staff employed by labour contract and higher quality employment; • Strengthening the competitiveness and sustainability of the company; • Qualified and trained newly employed staff; • Improving the quality of services offered by the company as a result of well-trained staff;
