"New opportunity"

The project proposal "New opportunity" will be implemented by Association „Resource Center for European cooperation“ for 18 months in the city of Sofia. The main objective of the project is providing conditions for the creation of sustainable jobs for 6 unemployed and inactive persons, by creating new jobs and holding training courses. The idea for the project was inspired by our desire to increase the efficiency and quality of services, better customer interaction and improve the business environment. At present in the association are engaged professionals a civil contract. With the creation of new jobs we aim at strengthening and sustainability of services offered by the Association. We have opportunities to keep a minimum of three persons of a permanent employment contract after completion of the project activities. The planned activities include: employment of unemployed and / or inactive for a period of 12 months; providing vocational training for already employed in the project; training of employees under the project in two key competence "Communication in foreign languages" and key competences 4 "Digital competence"; purchase of equipment and furniture associated with the creation of new jobs; organization and management, and information and publicity. The target group consists of six unemployed and inactive persons, including 3 of them meet the following specific category: • Unemployed youths up to 29 years incl. - 3 (three) With the implementation of the project we expect to achieve the following results: • Expanding the sphere of activity of the association, through creation of new jobs and personnel; • Sustainable integration in the labor market included in the project; • Creation of sustainable jobs and training;
