Creating sustainable employment in "Multiblast"

The targeted scale development of a newly established company in the ship repair business requires extremely good management and combination of material and human resources. The given project proposal sets the starting point of an initiative for sustainable employment in a company, specializing in repair services for ships and vessel constructions, where 20 unemployed or inactive individuals shall be encouraged to effectively join the labor market. Engaging at least 10 unemployed young or uneducated people will contribute for the resolvement of fundamental employment issues and the economical activity in Varna region and on the other hand a sustainable solution shall be found for overcoming the lack of personnel in a fast growing ship repair company. With opening 20 new work places for 12 months there will be set up modular education specializing in Ship Repairs, delivered specialized equipment and machines for repair services and adequate work clothing for the newly employed. Professional and labor protection is being planned, enough publicity for the supported activities and cooperation of the EU, forming of a organization team, monitoring the quality of each task assigned, expected results and indicators. Multiblast ltd. is committed to maintaining at least 10 work places after the project.
