Digital competences and employment

'Digital skills and employment' project of "IBAY" Ltd. aims to help for the improvement of the access to employment and job quality by providing vocational training and employment for unemployed and inactive young people and adults, including persons with disabilities. That will be achieved by providing good and transparent project management, four new job places for web designers, three of which will be remote. Also by purchasing specific equipment and providing "E-commerce" training, Code: 482040, part of "Organizer of Internet applications" profession, Code: 482 040 - a third degree professional qualification. A one-year employment for two persons will be provided and also a minimum of two-year employment for two more persons. The project will achieve the following results: 1. There will be an increased in the employment of unemployed and inactive persons over 54 years old. 2. There will be an increased in the employment of unemployed and inactive persons with disabilities. 3. There will be an increased in the employment of unemployed and inactive persons under the age of 29. 4. Conditions for integration into the labor market of young people, particularly those who are not engaged in employment, education or training under the age of 29, will be created. 5. There will be an increased in the qualification of unemployed and inactive young people and adults. 6. A sustainable employment for unemployed and inactive persons will be ensured after the project end. 7. There will be an increased in the competitiveness of the beneficiary, through investment in the staff qualification, purchase of new equipment, expansion of the services offered to customers and increased production capacity. The project will be implemented in the Varna for a period of 17 months. Its budget will be 62 841.40 lev.
