The main goal of the project is to improve the accessibility and quality of employment. It is focused towards the inactive people including long-term unemployed as well as towards steady integration of the labour market among young people and in particular unemployed or people not involved in educational systems. To ensure meeting the main purpose of the project, the following steps will be undertaken: Purchasing equipment, necessary for new job openings for the targeted group Hiring 23 unemployed or inactive persons, while 50% will be part of the following group: • Long term unemployed or inactive • Long term unemployed young people up to the age of 29 • Unemployed people above 54 years of age Training in key competencies 2 “Communication in foreign language” – English Partial professional training in first, second or third degree of qualification upon hiring Planned activities and measures: 1. Organization and management 2. Necessary provision of equipment contributed for the 23 new job openings 3. Employment of currently unemployed and/or inactive people 4. Trainings in key competencies “Communication in foreign language” – English 5. Professional trainings 6. Visualization of the activities Result: by opening 23 new job positions, their resource provisioning and the knowledge advance of participants, the following is accomplished: Higher rates and better in quality employment Reduced rates of poverty and promotion of social engagement Modernization of the public politics In effect those results will directly reflect in increased competitiveness of “MONSI-52” and the general presentation and participation of the firm on the market, will expand the range of offered services and improve quality. By successfully accomplishing the project and meeting the goals, the efficiency of the labour market will be increased due to the participants acquiring professional skills and knowledge in key competencies.
