New jobs at A Print Pack AD. Jobs equipment.

Main goals of this program are to make employment for unemployed and inactive people with given free finance help to stimulate supported employment. A Print Pack AD will make 20 jobs that will be supported thanks to the purchased equipment such as digital black and white printing machine. Employees will go through a training to gain key competence. Achieving these specific goals would be done by performing some actions planned in advance. 1. Structure, management and promotion of project activities. Project management team gathering, planning actions to perform and finish. Preparing materials to promote and make visual project and spreading it. 2. Selection, recruitment and training stuff. Selection of candidates.Appointment under labor contract of 20 unemployed and / or inactive, including representatives of groups with specific characteristics. 3. Purchasing of equipment. Defining needs of equipment. Auction procedure for deliverers. Equipment delivery and instalment. 4. Providing training of the profession "Polygraphist" and training in key competence 2 and 4. As results of this - 20 employees are recruited, training is provided and documents proving it are given. Digital colour printing machine is gained. Activities and funding are correctly accounted on every stage and at the end. Chosen representatives of the target group get access to the desired employment, improved life quality and level of competence thanks to the training. Apart from that as competitors on the labour market as A Print Pack AD employees or as employment seekers in the future their competitiveness and assessment by employers is increased and this gives good perspective for their future development.
