New work places for trained and qualified people in "MAIK TREIDING" Ltd.

The present project proposal " New work places for trained and qualified people in "MAIK TREIDING" Ltd." aims to create permanent work places for unemployed and inactive people in the candidate organization "MAIK TREIDING" Ltd. The project proposal will be implemented over a period of 17 months, the main project activities include the following: Organizational and management activity of the project; Activity of information and publicity; Providing sustainable and permanent employment for a period of 12 months for representatives of the target group through providing new work places in "MAIK TREIDING" Ltd.; Conduction of professional training of second qualification degree with duration 660 training hours of Profession "Operator in the woodworking sector" Code: 543020, Specialty " Wood carving, wrapping and parquet production" , Code: 5430206 to 20 of already hired to the project 30 people who are representatives of the target group; Conducting training in key competence 4 according to the European Qualifications Framework in key competence 4 "Digital competence" to 20 of already hired to the project 30 people, representatives of the target group. Training about key competences 4 will be with duration of 45 training hours; Equipment purchasing, furnishing, tangible fixed assets connected with providing of the 30 new work places to the representatives of the target groups. The objectives and the activities included in the project proposal aim reaching the following results: making permanent attitude to the representatives of the target group for the activity on the labour market; turning them from passive objects to individuals who solve their problems by themselves; improvement of the life quality of the target groups, increasing their self esteem and selfconfidence in their own abilities.
